Make & Mold: Clay Art Camp
For Students Entering Grades 6 - 12
Ready to get your hands dirty and create something amazing? Join us for a fun-filled 4-day clay art camp designed for students in grades 6-12! This camp will introduce you to the world of ceramics, where you'll learn how to shape, mold, and glaze clay to create your very own pottery and sculptures. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with clay, this camp is a perfect opportunity to build your skills, express your creativity, and create beautiful, handmade pieces. Each day, you'll explore different techniques, from basic hand-building methods to using the potter's wheel to craft functional pottery. You’ll also get the chance to experiment with glazing and finishing techniques, bringing your creations to life. At the end of the camp, you'll have a collection of your own ceramics and/or sculptures to take home, along with the knowledge and skills to continue creating pottery in the future.
